Came to visit my mom she’s been here 3 years management has changed constantly but the new one have the property looking great Mrs Maggie has been very helpful with my mother’s needs for her apartment sense she started working here. The workers have been keeping the property in excellent condition compared to a few months ago ya keep up the great work guys ❤️

Hi my name is Feliciana Vasquez went to put an application in for an apartment today with my mother loved the exelinte way the customer service was Mrs Maggie greated me and my mother with respect and she was very nice to me she showed me and my mom around the property to see an apartment the property looks great compared to a few months ago went to go and take my mom to look for an apartment apartment. Staff was awesome with my mother very friendly, super informative. Thank you Mrs Maggie for all the help and support you gave me and my mom

The property has improved so much. The staff is way better than before they are friendly helpful and on top of everything. The community looks cleaner and more updated too. Really happy with the changes at Westbury Reserve.

I’m a current resident, and I’ve been really impressed with the turnaround this complex has made. The management has clearly put in a lot of effort—from improved maintenance response times to cleaner common areas and a friendlier overall atmosphere. It truly feels like a fresh start. I’ve noticed real improvements in safety, communication, and the overall quality of living here. I’m proud to call this place home and excited to see it continue in this positive direction!

I extremely appreciate the help Jocelin provided during my tour of the place she’s very informative knowledgeable and awesome people person she made me feel very welcomed and comfortable within the whole process. 5 years of horror until XAVIER he's the best he's detailed and works with a sense of urgency. He's in danger situations upon various vacant units but I have his back constantly working entire shift all day by himself and not a stain in sight HE DEFINITELY NEEDS A RAISE AND I JUST LOVE MR JOHN EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND UNDERSTANDING
